Dee Why RSL Club is deeply connected and committed to supporting Veterans on the Northern Beaches and beyond. On 26 January 1937, 13 Veterans gathered together to form a Dee Why / Collaroy Sub-Branch of the RSL. These actions would in turn become the beginning of an integral part of Dee Why RSL’s history.
Today, Dee Why RSL Club is proud to be the major supporter and provide the home of the Veterans Centre Sydney Northern Beaches. The Veterans Centre, just like Dee Why RSL Club, provides access and opportunity for those in our community to come together, support one another and build a robust, positive and progressive community.
The Veterans Centre is and will continue to be a leader in Veterans services, supporting any Veteran in need including their partners, their families and their friends.
Dee Why RSL Club would like to encourage you to support the VCSNB in whatever capacity you can to support Veterans, be it volunteering, advocacy, fundraising or corporate sponsorship. Become a community friend today!
The Dee Why RSL Community Support Program is providing more than $2,000,000 in cash and in-kind support to over 100 community organisations this year. The program reaches and assists a broad scope of our local community and we are proud to be partnered with them.
